Any setting that can be toggled has a key beside it. Click the key cap, press the key or mouse button you want, and it is bound. Escape clears it.
The overlay menu key opens a menu over the game with every setting the window has. It follows the same config, so a change made in either place shows in both.
In a cheat's Visuals tab the parts of the overlay can be dragged into place, switched on and off, and restyled. The picture there is the real overlay, drawn live.
